Most people don't even wanna hear the word EXERCISE except they are at a gym.
(People like me,that's if I go to the gym sef!).
But then,exercise is one of the most effective ways to keep fit,stay relaxed and stay healthy.
(*singing* "work,work work work,work").
We ladies who wanna keep fit and maintain our shape (figure 8-10! Hahaha) should work out at least 4 times a week every morning.
